How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in, go to Account Settings, and click Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. No retention calls, no hoops.
I connected the wrong Instagram account — how do I fix it?
Go to Settings → Social Accounts, disconnect the account, then reconnect with the correct one. Your approval queue and posts history will update automatically within a few minutes.
Can I get a refund?
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but if something went wrong on our end email us and we'll make it right.
