How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in, open Account & billing and tap Cancel subscription. You keep everything until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then it stops. No retention calls, no hoops.
I connected the wrong Instagram account — how do I fix it?
Go to Settings › Socials, disconnect the account, then reconnect with the correct one. Your approval queue and post history update automatically within a few minutes.
Can I get a refund?
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but if something went wrong on our end email us and we'll make it right.
